We’re Hiring: Bridge Software Engineer (Fluent in Japanese)
Employment Type: Full-time

Are you a technically skilled software engineer fluent in Japanese, with a passion for bridging development and communication across teams? Weโ€™re looking for a Bridge Software Engineer (Bridge SE) to join our team and play a key role in both engineering and project coordination.

๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ:
โ€ข Backend: PHP (Laravel)
โ€ข Frontend: React (Next.js / TypeScript)
โ€ข Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, serverless architecture)
โ€ข Database: MySQL
โ€ข Architecture: DDD (Domain-Driven Design)

๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
โ€ข A dedicated project manager is not required
โ€ข Tasks can be directly assigned through project management tools (e.g., Backlog, Jira)
โ€ข The Bridge SE will support technical clarifications and progress tracking

๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž & ๐‘๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐ž๐ฐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ:
โ€ข Source code will be managed in a separate Git repository
โ€ข Code reviews are mandatory and conducted by On-Sight engineers
โ€ข Pull requests and review comments are to be submitted in Japanese
โ€ข Coding standards and design guidelines will be shared in advance and must be followed
